Julie Mehrer appeals after a judgment, following jury trial, in favor of her former employer, Diagnostic Imaging Center, P.C. ("Diagnostic"), upon her claim for wrongful discharge as a "whistleblower." She contends that she was improperly barred from showing and making reference that Diagnostics corporate counsel and trial counsel were employed by the same law firm. She also claims that the trial court erred by quashing subpoenas transmitted by facsimile to Diagnostics corporate counsel and to its records custodian. Finally, she raises one point regarding the exclusion of an exhibit that quoted from a Supreme Court case and one point of instructional error. Finding no error, we affirm the judgment.
